Bras Preserves Pear

Since 1946. Small batch. In 1946, Albert Braswell Jr. returned from World War II with no job, however he had an abundance of pears along with his mother's recipe for pear preserves which had long since been a favorite among locals. We have remained committed to honoring the legacy by using the same recipe. Crisp, sparkling pears and pure cane sugar are slowly cooked until a rich, amber hue is acquired. It's a classic homemade taste that you will be proud to have on your table. Use Braswell's Pear Preserve as a spread on buttered biscuits, on cheese trays or a glaze for pork or poultry.
