Cannata’s is proud to sponsor Terrebonne General Medical Center’s Well and Wise Program. In partnership with the Healthy Lifestyle Center at TGMC, Cannata’s strives to keep our community healthy through preventative wellness measures. We offer proactive management of weight or diabetes concerns, as well as great programs such as our Community Sports Institute, Workout 360, Wellness for Life, and Sports Performance Training Center. Altogether, these efforts help educate our patients and empower them to live healthier, more productive lifestyles.

Meet the Healthy Team

 

Kirbie Lecompte

Kirbie Lecompte is a registered nurse who attained her Bachelors of Nursing degree and Associates in General Studies from Nicholls State University in 2013. She also has eleven years of experience in employee benefits. Kirbie was born and raised in Houma and is dedicated to the Terrebonne Parish Community. She is married with two handsome sons and a beautiful step-daughter that keep her busy. She has a passion for keeping herself, family and others healthy by educating on prevention. Her hobbies are strength training, spending much needed time with her family, helping others, and relaxing when she can.


Michelle Briceno

Michelle Briceno is a Registered Dietitian with TGMC’s Healthy Lifestyle Center. She received her Bachelor’s in Dietetics from Nicholls State University and her Masters in Food and Nutrition Systems from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her focus is in weight management and community nutrition.


Zack Hebert

Zack Hebert, CPT, is the Sports Performance Coach at TGMC’s Sports Performance Training Center (SPTC). Hebert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science at the University of Louisiana – Lafayette. Hebert played college baseball at LSU-A, and after school, coached the sport and mentored young adults. He specializes in sports-specific training for clients ages 12 and older. Hebert gives his clients one-on-one attention and trains in a collaborative environment. Hebert and the SPTC offers clients the option to train in group, private or semi-private programs.


Patrick Labat

Patrick Labat, MS, CSCS, is the Health & Sports Performance Specialist at TGMC’s Sports Performance Training Center (SPTC). Labat received his master’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of Louisiana – Lafayette in May 2016. During his time at the University of Louisiana – Lafayette, Labat worked with the college football team on strength and conditioning and most recently, trained high school athletes at South Terrebonne High School. Labat specializes in strength and power workouts as well as speed, agility and endurance training. He trains clients ages 12 and older with personalized attention and trains in a positive and supportive environment. Labat and the SPTC offers clients the option to train in group, private or semi-private programs.
