Recipe of the Week 5-19-2010

GRILLED TERIYAKI SIRLOIN PORK CHOPS

  • 8 pork chops, 1/2″ thick
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. dry sherry
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Marinade pork chops in above ingredients. For at least 2 hours or overnight.
Drain and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Brush occasionally with the reserved marinade sauce.
