Waterbrook Melange

Founded 1984, Walla Walla. Washington State. Melange (may-lahnzh, lahni), n. (French) a mixture or blend. Waterbrook one of Walla Walla's founding wineries, draws its name from the Nez Perce Indian dialect for Walla Walla, meaning Running Water. Each year, our Melange Founder's Red Blend is the first wine that our winemaker John Freeman blends. This well-crafted red wine Blends Washington's finest red varietals marrying the aromas and flavors of plum black cherry and chocolate. Barrel aging leads to a rounded palete and lingering toasted oak finish.
