Everyone has heard of an IPA, but what about a White IPA? We’re known for our Blue Moon ® Belgian White, so making a White IPA really intrigued us. We first started with Wheat, Valencia Orange Peel, and Coriander. Then we experimented with hop after hop until we found a rare German hop called Huell Melon.  It complements the citrus flavor in the beer.  Ultimately, it’s Hoppy, Unfiltered and Well-balanced.  Blue Moon® White IPA is the best of both styles.
