Chef Sal Impastato's all natural Creole Italian cuisine. Our Sicilian Olive Salad is made exactly the way Sal's mother made it in Sicily, using a mixture of deep green Sicilian cured olives and ripe black Kalamatta olives. We start off with a touch of balsamic vinegar and a bounty of spices and vegetables that crown this family recipe.
