Ribeye with Sauteed Mushrooms
- 4 rib eye steaks
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp. white wine
Season steaks in soy sauce, garlic, cumin and pepper. Set aside. Saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter. Add wine and sprinkle with seasonings. Saute seasoned steaks in 1/4 cup butter (or grill) to desired doneness. Top with mushroom sauce!
Lobster Patties with Cream Sauce
- 4 Lobster Patties ( Lobster Sliders)
Pan fry in butter in large skillet; cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Easy to BURN!
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, minced
- ½ cup Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- dash of cayenne pepper
- dash of paprika
Heat a few tablespoons of the butter in a skillet and saute, garlic and parsley until softened, about 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer over low heat until sauce is thick and creamy, about 6-8 minutes. Slowly adding in cheese while whisking to avoid lumps
Season to taste with salt and pepper; stir in remaining butter.
Top Lobster cakes and garnished with a sprinkling of parsley and paprika.Recipes, What's New | February 14th, 2012
