Pesto Pasta


  • 1 lb. Rotini Pasta
  • ¼ lb. Butter
  • 6 oz.  Basil Pesta
  • ½ tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 4 oz.  Shredded 3 Cheese Blend

Boil Pasta per package instructions. (Drain and Set aside)

In a large Skillet, over medium heat melt butter.   Once melted add garlic and pesto, Cook for additional 3 -5 minutes.   Add in Pasta to the skillet stirring  to fully coat pasta.  Remove from heat and toss with the shredded cheese.

Roasted Green Beans


  • 1 lb. Fresh Green Beans trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • To taste Salt and  black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange green beans in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle oil over beans and turn to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Roast, turning occasionally, until lightly browned and just tender, 18-20 minutes.
