- 2 lb. Sliced Strawberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. water
Cook until boiling. Stir constantly. Reduce heat and cook until clear and thick. Add Strawberries and reduce heat cook for 2 additional mins.
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 6 tuna steaks, about 6 oz. each
- ¼ c Blackening seasoning
Pre Heat Pan on HIGH (Pan needs to be extremely hot to blacken the fish) Coat Tuna in olive oil. Dip tuna in blackening seasoning and place in pan approx 3 – 4 min per side or till desired done-ness. Careful not to over cook tuna will dry.
- 12 oz bag. Prepare Cole slaw mix
- 1 cup Marzetti Southern Slaw dressing
- 1# sliced fresh strawberries
Mix slaw mix with dressing making sure coleslaw is fully coated. Set in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. Do not add strawberries too early, add prior to serving.Recipes, What's New | April 13th, 2011
