Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops


  • 6 –  1/2in    Pork Chops (Any cut)
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cup Panko Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup  Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Season salt

Heat skillet or griddle on med high heat,  Combine all dry ingredients together, Coat chops in olive oil and place in to Parmesan bread crumb mix.  Place chops in pan and cook approx. 3-4 mins per side or till desired done-ness.

Sautéed Spinach


  • 1 stick Unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup Minced Garlic
  • ½ Bell Pepper Chopped (optional)
  • 1 bag        Baby Spinach
  • ¼ lb Drunken Goat Cheese(opitional)

Heat skillet over med heat.  Melt butter and add the olive oil and garlic and peppers.  Add spinach and toss  with butter and oil mixture – cook for 3 – 4 mins till spinach is wilted (Add Goat cheese prior to serving (if desired)
