Recipe of the Week 4/6/2011

Orange Shrimp


  • 2 lb Peeled shrimp (40/50)
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • ½ Red Onion Sliced
  • 2 ea Bell pepper Sliced (Any color)
  • 4 tbsp Seasoning Salt (Chef Tony’s Signature Seasoning)
  • Pinch Cayenne or red pepper flakes (OPTIONAL)
  • To Taste  Hot Sauce (Tiger Sauce)
  • ½ Cup Triple Sec or any orange flavor liquor


In large skillet on medium high heat,  melt butter and add onions and peppers – saute for 3-4 mins.  Add seasoning salt and red pepper (Optional)  Add shrimp to pan and continue to cook till shrimp begins to turn pink.  Reduce fire to low and add Triple sec and light  on stove.  Cook for additional 2 mins.  Serve.
