- 2 Ripe Avocadoes
- 2 Lg Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- ½ Lg Jalapeno, Small Dice
- ½ Med Red Onion, Diced
- ½ Lg Red Pepper, Diced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Lime
In large bowl, Cut avocado and carefully remove pit; with a spoon scoop out flesh and place in bowl. Smash avocado, with a fork or potato masher, then combine with tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro, and juice of lime. Mix together and refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
Mexican Chili Beef Tacos
- 2 lbs. Cannata’s Mexican Chili Beef Sausage
- 6 ea 8” – 10” Flour Tortilla Shells
In a large skillet, over high heat brown the sausage for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Place on tortilla shells and top with your favorite toppings…Shredded Lettuce ….Cheese….Sour Cream…Guacamole …etc.
