Roast Pork Loin with strawberry kiwi glaze


  • 3 lb.boneless pork loin
  • 1/4 cup season salt
  • 12 oz. citrus flavored soda
  • 1/2 pint strawberries sliced
  • 4 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup corn starch

Preheat oven to 350.  Season roast place in pan and bake uncovered for 40 to 50 mins or until internal temp is at least 150.   In small. Sauce pot add soda and strawberries and bring to boil.   Combine water starch Splenda. Add to pot and return to boil and add kiwi and remove from heat.  Once pork loin is fully cooked allow to set. Slice and pour glaze over.
