Pecan-Crusted Catfish


  • ¼ cup Seasoning Salt
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 cup ground pecans
  • 4 catfish fillets (6 oz. each)

In shallow bowl, combine buttermilk and seasoning salt. Place pecans in another shallow bowl. Dip fillets in buttermilk and then in pecans.  Place in pre heated skillet for 5 – 6 minutes per side or on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
