Bottom Round Wraps


  • 1 ½ lbs.  Bottom round steaks ½ thick and sliced into ¼ strips
  • 1 ea Bell Pepper – sliced into ¼ strips
  • 8 oz Teriyaki Marinade
  • 2 tbsp Seasoning Salt
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 12” Flour Wraps

Heat pan on high heat.  Add olive oil to pan heat for 3 mins then add steak and peppers.  Brown for 3 0 mins and add in marinade and seasoning .  Lower heat to med and continue cooking for 5 mins.  Serve on wrap or on bread with blue cheese mayo  and your favorite veggies.

Blue Cheese Mayo


  • 1 cup     Maytag Blue Cheese (Crumbled)
  • 4 oz        Mayo (Your  favorite brand)

Combine mayo and crumbled blue cheese.  Spread on wrap or any sandwich.
